Service Description

This is a transformational 10 session journey. Through the breath and the bodies own intelligence we allow for unconscious and unprocessed trauma and limiting beliefs about self and life to surface. Patterns due to birth trauma, upbringing, social- and religious conditioning, and past relationships get to be released from the body. I guide your sessions and help you process and integrate from your new awareness. Best to take 3-4 weeks between sessions. Each session on it's own is powerful and can be experienced as a rebirthing, done as a full cycle is liberating and transformative.
