I’ve spend the last 25 years studying, training and developing my understanding of energy, and the ability to hold space and engage with the tricky and difficult stuff that is an integral part of the human experience.

Not through some kind of therapy or program that’s based on ideas about pathology – but through honest connection, reflection and tapping into your systems natural ability to heal, thrive and know what’s best for you.

A bit about Energy work
If you’re new to energy work, it can sound abstract or even imaginary. In practice, it’s neither mystical nor vague.
Energy work is based on two simple principles: everything is energy — including your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and habitual patterns — and everything is connected. Meaning that what happens in one part of the system influences the whole, both internally and externally.
At its core, energy work comes down to perceiving energy and working with its properties and dynamics — especially useful when situations are complex, layered, or don’t seem to respond to mind-logic or effort – or just require too much of it.
